Our company culture is built on the principles of teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect, making us an ideal place to work for those who value collaboration and camaraderie. **Responsibilities** As a Compliance Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Verifying Start and Stop times in the PATS system for each Associate each day, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Reviewing each Associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and analytical skills. * Keying in indirect time from indirect logs, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. * Analyzing and manipulating raw data to generate reports and create assignments in PATS, showcasing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. * Storing all raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements, adhering to our company's strict data management policies. * Keying in exception and adjustment logs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. * Ensuring that all logs are turned in for each associate each day and reporting any issues to area supervisors, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills. * Monitoring that all logs returned to the supervisor for correction are turned back into the office in a timely manner, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail. * Archiving all production and indirect logs to meet payroll record retention requirements, adhering to our company's strict data management policies. * Training as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process, demonstrating your commitment to learning and growth. * Performing other routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure proper operation and upkeep, showcasing your technical skills and attention to detail. * Performing other clerical duties, as needed, to assist in building daily operations, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Knowledge of the AS 400 Warehouse Management System, with experience in data entry and analysis. * One year of related business experience, with PC experience preferred. * Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures, with a strong understanding of data management and compliance. * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including associates, supervisors, and IT staff. * Ability to keep confidentiality, with a strong commitment to data security and integrity. * Maintains an organized workstation, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency. **Nice-to-Haves** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Bilingual, with proficiency in a second language. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy the following benefits: * Comprehensive health insurance, with a range of options to suit your needs. * 401K contribution, with a generous matching program to help you save for your future. * Incentive and recognition program, with opportunities to earn rewards and bonuses for outstanding performance. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Compliance Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
