This year's festival will take place on National Self-Love Day, February 13, 2025, and promises to be an unforgettable experience. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you will be responsible for:

Engaging the Virtual Audience

* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for a positive and inclusive experience. * Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat. * Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Live Session Moderation

* Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers. * Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests. * Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule. * Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.

Community Building
