We're committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth, where our employees can thrive and reach their full potential. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including telephone, email, text, and chat technologies * Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with client and company policies, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism * Handling eligibility inquiries and all lines of business, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Meeting established goals for call center metrics in Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and Quality * Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' requirements using a Knowledge Base * Providing mentoring, training, and development to other CSRs as needed * Accurately documenting all correspondence with end-users in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system * Following proper escalation procedures for unsolved customer requests * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of college preferred * 2+ years of contact center experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required * 18 years of age or older * Time management skills and the ability to work independently * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/programs while talking with the customer * Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Experience with maneuvering electronic data between various environments * College degree preferred **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and patience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
