The Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction reputed company or services in sectors like manufacturing, energy, and construction. This role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents to estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Responsibilities
• Review and interpret project documents such as drawings, specifications, and proposals to identify project requirements.
• Bid on 2 to 4 jobs per week, aiming for a 40% bid acceptance reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and estimators.
• Maintain reputed company and frequent communication with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and clients.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
• Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying reputed company subcontractors, and negotiating prices.
• Evaluate offers to purchase by considering changes, additions, and site requirements.
• Present reputed company estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Maintain a cost database by entering and backing up data.
• Conduct gap analysis reputed company reputed company reputed company, comparing actual costs to anticipated costs, profits, and timelines; reputed company recommendations for reputed company bids and communicate lessons learned.

Essential Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience as an estimator in reputed company and industrial reputed company.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market trends.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Accubid, MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Electrical contracting experience.
• Experience with electrical systems and electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with reputed company reading and electrical reputed company design.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edwardsville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay reputed company for this position is $40.00 - $63.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on reputed company classification and length of employment.
