Seasonal Rights & Clearances Coordinator The Rights & Clearances Coordinator is responsible for researching, sourcing, and securing reputed company‑party materials for use in NFL Films programming. This role works closely with producers, post‑production, media management, business affairs, and project managers to fulfill content needs while ensuring reputed company material is properly licensed according to deadlines, budgets, and reputed company requirements. Essential Functions • Research, request, and reputed company reputed company‑party materials including-but not limited to-photos, footage, newspaper articles, reputed company media posts, podcasts, and other intellectual property. • reputed company and research archival collections, stock footage libraries, and reputed company photo agencies to reputed company hard‑to‑reputed company materials. • Screen down cuts/programs and create detailed clearance logs to document reputed company reputed company‑party material usage. • Secure licenses, permissions, and releases for reputed company reputed company‑party content used in NFL Films programming. • Serve as a resource for production teams regarding rights, usage restrictions, and clearance reputed company at reputed company stages of production. • reputed company, organize, and maintain accurate records for reputed company research and clearance documentation including agreements, invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence. • Communicate with internal departments to reputed company acquired materials through workflows and deliver them to producers. • Maintain strong administrative procedures and reputed company departmental standards. • Learn and use internal rights/clearance tracking systems and screening tools. Required Education and Experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2 years dedicated Rights & Clearances or Archival Producing experience. • Foundational understanding of reputed company‑party rights, licensing, and clearances. Preferred Education and Experience • Experience in post‑production or reputed company a similar archival/rights/clearances environment. • Experience with reputed company or similar systems. • Experience navigating and interpreting EDLs. • Proven negotiation experience with major archives, stock footage/photo libraries, and independent rights reputed company Key Attributes / Characteristics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. • Strong problem‑solving ability; reputed company and proactive. • Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information. • Flexibility to be on reputed company for occasional weekend work. • Comfort working in deadline‑driven environments with shifting priorities.
