Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Translating business needs into functional specifications for reputed company system improvements. • System Configuration: Customizing and maintaining reputed company modules to reputed company with business processes in reputed company MM/Mylan. • Testing & Validation: Performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionalities. • Support & Troubleshooting: Providing post-implementation support, diagnosing, and resolving production system issues. • Documentation & Training: Creating technical documentation, user manuals, and conducting training sessions.
