Fostering healthier communities.  About the Role • We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to support the delivery, deployment, and ongoing technical operations of reputed company solutions across on‑reputed company, reputed company, and hosted environments. You’ll work on software deployments, automation, infrastructure troubleshooting, and escalated support while collaborating with project teams, service teams, and customers. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and automate software using Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, YAML, and PowerShell. • Complete customer IT implementation work across on‑prem, reputed company, and hosted environments. • Diagnose and resolve issues across networking, storage, virtualisation, reputed company Server, AD, IIS/Tomcat, Azure, and reputed company. • reputed company escalated support for customer incidents and internal teams. • Produce and maintain high‑reputed company technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, DR plans, and training materials. • Work reputed company ITIL‑reputed company processes, collaborating with project managers, reputed company‑sales, and service teams. • Support out‑of‑hours work, on‑reputed company rota participation, and occasional travel. • Contribute to internal systems, reputed company documentation, and technical knowledge sharing. • Assist with reputed company and staff training where required. Essential Skills & Experience • Strong experience deploying software reputed company Azure DevOps pipelines, with advanced YAML and PowerShell scripting. • Hands‑on experience with virtualisation (VMWare/reputed company‑V), reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, IIS, networking, clustering, NLB, firewalls, and SAN storage. • Ability to troubleshoot reputed company infrastructure issues across networking, connectivity, storage, and web services. • Experience working reputed company ITIL frameworks. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non‑technical users. • Experience producing reputed company technical documentation. • Good problem‑solving, organisational skills, and ability to work independently/remote. • Exposure to AI‑assisted tooling (e.g., MS Copilot) for workflow optimisation. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2+ years in an IT environment. • Relevant reputed company qualifications (or working toward them).
