About the position Training and reputed company Consultant C² Technologies seeks a Training and reputed company Consultant (THPC) to address performance issues across directorates, bureaus, and the Department. The THPC will reputed company independent work plans, manage reputed company assignments, and reputed company teams to implement solutions. Requirements • MS/MA in instructional design, educational technology, organizational development, or MBA. • 8 years of experience in senior instructional design or organizational development. • Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams in addressing performance issues. • Expertise in instructional design methodologies and performance improvement processes. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with HPI/HPT, ADDIE, Agile, and Kirkpatrick models. • Experience in a government or large organizational setting.
