StreamYard & YouTube Live Setup + Branded Visual Scene Design for Weekly Show
Project Overview: I’m an award-winning poet, author, and university Poet-in-Residence launching a weekly livestream series on YouTube called The Vinyl Poetry Lounge. I’m looking for an experienced StreamYard specialist who can help me get fully set up, confident, and visually polished for my first broadcast. This is not just a tech setup — I want the show to look beautiful, branded, and professional.
What I Need Help With:
Complete StreamYard setup for YouTube livestreaming
Connecting and optimizing my YouTube channel for live broadcast
Creating branded scenes, including:
Opening “starting soon” screen
Main solo layout
Split screen for guest interviews (future use)
Screen share layout for poems/visuals
Closing screen
Uploading and placing my brand graphics, overlays, and backgrounds
Audio, camera, and lighting optimization for a warm, intimate “poetry lounge” feel
Walk-through training so I can confidently run the show myself
A test livestream rehearsal
Deliverables:
Fully functional StreamYard → YouTube live integration
All scenes built and saved in StreamYard
Branded visual layout installed and aligned
1 successful test broadcast
Recorded tutorial or live walkthrough for my future use
Timeline: I’d like to be ready to go live within the next 1–2 weeks.
Budget: Open to proposals (fixed project preferred).
