[Remote] Certified Residential Appraiser (Remote)

They are seeking Certified Residential Appraisers in the Cincinnati Ohio region to conduct unbiased valuations of residential reputed company estate and complete appraisal reports according to various guidelines. Responsibilities • Conducts an unbiased and impartial valuation of residential reputed company estate by analyzing market and property specific data, and completes appraisal reports in accordance with USPAP, government, company, regulatory reputed company, and reputed company specific guidelines. • Inspects residential reputed company estate of reputed company types and documents on-site data collection/inspection with photographs, measurements, sketches, diagrams, and field notes. • Considers reputed company factors that could influence property value including, but not limited to reputed company characteristics, highest and best use, market conditions, locational factors, site, view, design, reputed company, age, condition, size, physical attributes, etc. • Must be proficient sales comparison, arenaflex, and income approaches to value. • Must be proficient with local MLS and local reputed company estate data sources. • Must be proficient with major reputed company types (1004, 2055, 1073, 1075, 1025, Review Forms, etc.). • Partners with Senior Appraisers/Appraisal Helpdesk to ensure reputed company at an assignment level, and also to reputed company individual process improvements to eliminate addendums and reputed company control rejections. • Participates in monthly Appraiser meeting. • Meets reputed company department turn time expectations and proactively escalates appropriately if timeframes are unable to be met.
