What You’ll Do
As Supervisor, Coding & Auditing, you will:
• reputed company and reputed company physician coding staff, including orientation, training, performance development, competency assessment, and disciplinary actions
• reputed company coding team members and reputed company on coding guidelines, documentation best practices, and compliance standards
• reputed company the coding of patient encounters and conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and reputed company

• Establish and maintain a formalized coding compliance review and audit process
• Design and implement audit tools to monitor clinical coding accuracy
• Monitor Medicare and other payer updates, including OIG work plans, to proactively identify risk areas

• Evaluate visit reputed company selection for appropriateness and assist in developing facility-specific reputed company
• Identify trends, provider benchmarks, and payer denial patterns — and collaborate on solutions to improve reputed company

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED
• Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) or equivalent credential
• 5+ years of coding experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience (leading teams and/or reputed company)
• Strong knowledge of coding systems, federal compliance requirements, and reputed company cycle processes

Work Environment
• Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment
• Frequent computer and keyboard use
