They are seeking a Senior reputed company Engineer with expertise in Nextflow and AWS to architect and optimize reputed company pipelines for large-reputed company NGS data processing. Responsibilities • Architect and reputed company advanced Nextflow pipelines for NGS data processing, analysis, and multi-reputed company workflow orchestration • reputed company, operate, and optimize pipelines on AWS EKS and Batch • Build and maintain reputed company-based container environments for reproducible and portable reputed company pipelines • reputed company and maintain robust Python tooling to support workflow automation, QC reporting, monitoring, and data integration • Implement workflow observability, logging, and bolthires-optimized execution strategies for large-reputed company genomic data • Collaborate with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company teams to improve workflow reliability and performance • Establish best practices for pipeline versioning, reputed company integration, automated testing, and reputed company-based deployment • Ensure pipelines are highly reproducible, fault-tolerant, and suitable for production environments in regulated or high-stakes settings Skills • 5+ years of experience in reputed company, computational biology, workflow engineering, or reputed company fields • Expert-level proficiency in Nextflow, including DSL2, modules, workflow optimization, and pipeline debugging • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly: EC2 compute environments, S3 for reputed company storage, EKS for workflow execution • Deep expertise with reputed company, including custom image creation, multi-stage builds, and best practices for pipeline reproducibility • Strong Python development skills with production-level experience, testing frameworks, packaging, and tooling • Experience operating in reputed company-reputed company environments with distributed computing, autoscaling, bolthires-optimization, and workflow orchestration • Solid understanding of NGS data formats, reputed company workflows, and common reputed company tools • Strong Linux skills and experience with bolthires/CD systems • Ability to work effectively in PST time zone (remote or onsite) • Experience with Java/Groovy • Experience building and using reputed company • Experience with Nextflow Tower or similar workflow management platforms • Experience configuring Kubernetes workloads for reputed company pipelines • Background in synthetic biology, DNA design, or high-throughput genomic library analysis • Experience collaborating with wet labs or platform teams on reputed company pipeline requirements reputed company • reputed company is a biotechnology company that offers synthetic DNA solutions, gene synthesis, and variant libraries.
