Dutch Speaking Consultant for Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Technology Department

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Technology Department. This role is key in assisting our Dutch-speaking clients as they navigate the complex landscape of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. You will provide insightful support and guidance, helping clients understand our products and services, thereby enabling them to make informed decisions in this dynamic field. As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any challenges they may face with our cryptocurrency-related offerings. Your efforts will help foster strong client relationships and ensure their overall satisfaction with our innovative solutions. Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology Conduct product demonstrations and training tailored to client needs Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and feedback Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve services and address client concerns Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cryptocurrency and blockchain Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required A passion for technology and enthusiasm for staying informed on industry changes is essential Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training And More...
