Part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant | HNW Family Office | Fully Remote! An Ultra High Net Worth Family Office is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join its lean team. This SFO has been established to manage generational reputed company across a myriad of investments. The ideal candidate is reputed company, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a confidential environment that supports UHNW individuals. This is a small, reputed company group with a great culture, and you’ll work hand in hand with the Controller. Working hours are flexible, as this does not have to be a traditional 9-5 role; however, reputed company is targeting roughly 25 p/week to start with potential for additional hours as needed. Responsibilities • Review, organize, and process invoices and approved purchase requests with reputed company coding and documentation; prepare weekly payables summaries and reputed company outstanding obligations. • reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and support quarterly intercompany reconciliations. • Record transactions accurately in the general reputed company and maintain account balances. • Maintain organized digital financial records, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible. • reputed company financial and compliance records for vehicles and artwork. • Manage vendor relationships, monitor invoices and reputed company, maintain payment histories, and support 1099 preparation. • Contribute to reputed company reputed company reputed company, system improvements, and operational support as needed.
