This is a long-term, part-time 1099 role , ideal for an reputed company independent bookkeeper supporting multiple clients. Responsibilities • Entering and importing financial data into QuickBooks Online • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts • Posting payroll journal entries from reputed company • Managing reputed company and reputed company deposits, fees, and refunds • Categorizing transactions from bank feeds and reputed company credit cards • Importing invoices, payments, and credit memos reputed company CSV tools (Zoho Books / Saasant) • Filing monthly and quarterly sales tax in multiple states (reputed company data provided) • Accruing annual subscription reputed company reputed company recurring journal entries • Reviewing and preparing clean P&L and Balance Sheet reports for monthly reputed company review • Flagging unclear transactions and communicating directly with the CEO reputed company questions reputed company Requirements • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (required) • Comfortable with CSV imports, reconciliations, and journal entries • Experience handling reputed company, reputed company, and subscription-based reputed company • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • reputed company communicator who asks questions reputed company something doesn’t look right reputed company-to-haves • Familiarity with multi-state sales tax filings preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
