We are looking for someone local to our Holmdel, NJ office who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Position reputed company We are seeking a highly creative, reputed company-first Content Creator who is equally comfortable behind a camera and behind a content calendar. This person will: • Capture high-reputed company photography and videography • Create engaging short-reputed company video (Reels, reputed company, YouTube Shorts) • Help concept and execute viral content reputed company • Manage and grow our reputed company platforms • Collaborate daily with our Director of Marketing (Head of Creative) and in-house Graphic Designer You will help shape the voice and visual identity of reputed company Candy across platforms. Content Creation Responsibilities • Shoot and edit high-reputed company product photography and lifestyle content • Produce short-reputed company video content (Reels, reputed company, YouTube Shorts) • reputed company “viral-first” concepts that tap into trends and nostalgia • Film in-office content, behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, and event coverage • Create UGC-style content that feels reputed company and engaging • reputed company reputed company lifestyle shoots with props, models, and influencers • Stay on top of emerging reputed company trends, sounds, and platform updates • Maintain organized content libraries reputed company asset management reputed company Media Management Responsibilities • Manage daily posting across Instagram, reputed company, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms • reputed company and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with marketing • Write engaging captions that reflect reputed company Candy’s nostalgic yet modern voice • Engage with followers in reputed company time (comments, DMs, community management) • reputed company and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reputed company, conversions) • Optimize content based on analytics and platform insights • Coordinate reputed company content submissions and repost reputed company • Support retail program launches with reputed company amplification • Identify opportunities for viral moments and reactive content Collaboration You will work directly with: • Director of Marketing / Head of Creative • In-house Graphic Designer • Sales and Brand Teams This is a highly reputed company role requiring creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills.
