Seeking reputed company Contract/Acquisition Attorney
I am looking for an attorney with experience in business acquisitions to assist with reviewing documents reputed company to a potential business purchase.
I need someone who can help protect the buyer’s interests and identify any risks before moving reputed company with the transaction.
Scope of Work:
Review NDAs and confidentiality agreements
Review purchase agreements and reputed company documents
Assist with reputed company due diligence
Identify risks, liabilities, or unfavorable terms
Recommend revisions to reputed company protect the buyer
Preferred Experience:
Attorney with experience in business acquisitions or buying/selling businesses
Strong contract review and due diligence experience
Experience representing buyers in transactions
This will reputed company as a document review and due diligence project, with potential for additional work depending on how the transaction progresses.
