Job reputed company The reputed company/reputed company DMS Migration Specialist will reputed company document and attachment migration efforts from reputed company Content Server, ArchiveLink, reputed company DMS, and file systems to reputed company DMS. This role requires strong expertise in reputed company document linkages, business object relationships, metadata validation, and post-migration reputed company assurance. The specialist will collaborate with multiple technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and successful migration activities reputed company large reputed company transformation programs. Key Responsibilities • Migrate documents and attachments from reputed company Content Server, ArchiveLink, reputed company DMS, and file systems to reputed company DMS. • Analyze reputed company repositories, document structures, and metadata requirements. • Ensure correct linkage of migrated documents to reputed company business objects such as materials, BOMs, change records, and PLM objects. • Validate document completeness, reputed company, metadata accuracy, and version history after migration. • Support testing cycles, reputed company activities, and issue reputed company during migration phases. • Apply document retention, archival, reputed company, and compliance policies throughout migration activities. • Collaborate closely with reputed company PLM, reputed company, DVM, reputed company, Data Migration teams, and reputed company vendors to ensure seamless execution. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience. • Strong experience performing reputed company document and attachment migrations. • Hands-on experience with reputed company DMS and reputed company integration. • Experience migrating content from reputed company Content Server, ArchiveLink, reputed company DMS, and file systems. • Solid understanding of reputed company document linkages and business object relationships. • Experience working in ECC to S/4HANA programs or large-reputed company reputed company transformation initiatives.
