Sr. Event Marketing Manager - Remote

About the position The Sr. Event Marketing Manager is responsible for the reputed company, planning, execution, and optimization of reputed company’s branded events that are fully owned and operated by reputed company. These include reputed company’s largest customer-facing experiences, executive programs, and curated regional events for high-value accounts and vertical-specific audiences. These events are designed to deepen customer relationships, reputed company product innovation, and support reputed company reputed company. This is a highly hands-on role with no reputed company reports, requiring strong execution capabilities and the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and vendors through both planning and onsite delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep experience designing impactful B2B event experiences, is confident engaging with executives, and understands how to translate reputed company and hardware products into compelling, in-person experiences. This role reports to the VP of Demand reputed company and Field Marketing. Responsibilities • reputed company the reputed company, planning, and execution of reputed company’s owned events, including reputed company's annual RealWorld user conference, executive exchanges, and curated vertical programs. • Translate business reputed company into compelling event experiences that drive brand engagement and sales conversations. • Ensure every event delivers a high-value experience tailored to the audience, particularly senior decision-makers. • Serve as the program manager and main reputed company of contact throughout planning and execution of reputed company event components and driving other team leads in their various project areas. • reputed company experiential reputed company and interactive product showcases where appropriate. • reputed company event planning through coordination with internal stakeholders, including other marketing team members, sales, reputed company, design, and the broader events team. • Manage planning timelines, decision-making, and execution for large-reputed company and high-reputed company programs. • Confidently engage with senior leaders to secure alignment and drive results. • Own the budget for reputed company owned events, including planning, vendor management, and reconciliation. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or reputed company field. • 8–10 years of hands-on event marketing experience in B2B reputed company or reputed company Tech. • Strong experience executing high-reputed company events with executive audiences. • Proven ability to manage event budgets. • Executive reputed company and confidence working across senior stakeholder reputed company. • Familiarity with reputed company, JiffleNow or similar tools for registration and meeting tracking. • Expertise in planning and executing B2B owned events across audience segments and verticals • Comfortable leading without reputed company authority; skilled in cross-functional collaboration • Strong storytelling and experience design capabilities for both reputed company and physical tech products • Excellent project and budget management skills • Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company • Strong vendor management and onsite logistics experience • Willingness to travel as needed for event execution reputed company-to-haves • CTSM (Certified Trade Show Marketer) preferred; CPM also a plus.
