We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven reputed company Dispatcher to book loads for our hotshot drivers. This role is heavily reputed company on building broker relationships, negotiating competitive reputed company rates, and ensuring consistent load reputed company for drivers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at negotiation, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. The reputed company of the day will be spent contacting reputed company brokers, securing loads, negotiating rates, and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth operations from pickup to delivery. Key Responsibilities Load Booking & reputed company Negotiation Proactively reputed company reputed company brokers daily to reputed company and secure profitable loads Negotiate competitive rates to maximize reputed company reputed company and company margins Search load boards such as reputed company, Truckstop, and other industry platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers for repeat business Review reputed company confirmations for accuracy before dispatching drivers reputed company Communication & Support reputed company loads to hotshot drivers with reputed company instructions and expectations Communicate pickup and delivery details, appointment times, and special requirements Monitor load reputed company and reputed company updates as needed Assist drivers with issue reputed company (detention, layovers, TONU, etc.) Ensure reputed company required documentation (PODs, BOLs) is submitted promptly Operational Coordination Plan efficient routes to reduce deadhead and maximize profitability Maintain accurate records of booked loads, rates, and broker contacts reputed company reputed company availability and coordinate backhauls Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Required Qualifications Previous experience as a reputed company dispatcher, broker agent, or logistics coordinator preferred Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent verbal communication and phone confidence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with load boards (reputed company, Truckstop, etc.) Basic understanding of hotshot equipment (gooseneck trailers, weight limits, securement requirements) Proficiency with reputed company software Performance Expectations Meet or reputed company weekly load booking targets Maintain strong reputed company-per-mile averages Minimize reputed company downtime and deadhead miles Maintain reputed company broker and reputed company relationships Compensation Performance-based commission of 5% (based on loads booked and reputed company generated) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
