Responsibilities • Support and maintain reputed company's AthenaIDX contracting and credentialing system. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in translating business needs to the AthenaIDX platform. • Obtain and manage payer fee schedules and documentation. • Format and upload fee schedules into the reputed company Management System. • Translate payer contract reimbursement terms into the athenaIDX PCM environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve reported system errors. • reputed company support to 3rd party reputed company Cycle vendors as assigned. • Document issues and solutions for reputed company improvement. • Validate and support system testing efforts. • Conduct periodic reviews of reputed company Cycle and Payer Contracting system capabilities.
