They have an immediate need for an Intermediate Design reputed company to reputed company, create and execute concept-driven reputed company for their retail interiors division. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of creative concept development and technical execution, with a demonstrated expertise in retail store planning, back-of-house coordination, and retail fixturing and millwork design. Responsibilities: • reputed company with reputed company throughout the design phase • Assist design director in overseeing the design team • reputed company preliminary retail programs of requirements • reputed company test-fits, schematic design planning, program analysis & basic reputed company analysis • Prepare and support design scope and budget documentation reputed company to retail fixtures, millwork and specialty reputed company • Coordinate design requirements with reputed company, consultants and project team • Organize, prepare and attend design presentations • Select, present, and specify furniture, finishes and accessories • Design and coordinate retail fixturing, including wall systems, gondolas, vitrines, POS and • specialty displays. • reputed company and coordinate custom millwork design, including detailing, specification and fabrication reputed company • Assist and reviewing engineering documents, shop drawings, fixture drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design reputed company • Periodically visit project site during construction Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BA); Master's degree a plus • Minimum of 5 years reputed company reputed company experience in Retail Interiors and architecture reputed company a branded environment • Strong experience in concept design development for retail and branded environments • Demonstrated expertise in retail store planning, including sales area and BOH layouts • Proven experience with retail fixturing and custom millwork design and coordination • Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and reputed company Creative Suite • Ability to create photo-realistic renderings utilizing Enscape & AI-driven software • Ability to balance strong design thinking with technical execution across reputed company project phases • Understanding of schematic design, design development and contract documents • A detail-oriented reputed company and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment The projected Annual Salary reputed company for this role is: $85K to $100K | Full-Time with comprehensive benefits in a HYBRID work environment.
