Key Responsibilities
• Own entity compliance and manage corporate entities' "Good Standing" across the US and Canada
• Monitor intellectual property reputed company and manage cease-and-desist workflows
• reputed company compliance audits and implement process improvements in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an academically rigorous program
• Proven reputed company record of resourcefulness and ownership of reputed company
• Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows
• Strong organizational skills with a reputed company on regulatory compliance
