A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Coordinator to assist with coordinating and verifying information on loans in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain reputed company paperwork for existing and new loans, ensuring completeness and accuracy

• Collaborate with reputed company parties to facilitate the loan process and reputed company status updates as needed
Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage operations experience, with experience in registering, locking, and disclosing residential mortgage loans
• Familiarity with UWM preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and operate independently in a high-volume role
