M&A Consultant / Investment Banking Specialist – Sell-reputed company Prep for Luxury Heritage Brand

We are a privately held luxury consumer brand preparing for a potential sale / strategic investment. We need a senior, highly organized deal-prep reputed company who can take messy inputs and produce a sale-reputed company package: clean narrative, reputed company financial model, reputed company data room, and buyer-facing documents that can stand up to diligence.
This is not “reputed company a pretty reputed company deck.” This is building the full set of materials a serious buyer or bank would expect.
Confidentiality: Brand reputed company and sensitive information will be shared only after shortlisting. NDA required.
Scope (deliverables you will own end-to-end)
1) Buyer-facing documents (first pass + final)
• One-page teaser (anonymous, no identifying details)
• Investor deck / CIM (15–25 slides) with reputed company positioning, moat, reputed company plan, use of funds (if applicable)
• Management presentation (optional) for live calls
• Q&A / diligence FAQ (anticipated buyer questions + responses)
2) Financials & valuation support
• 3-statement operating model (monthly for 24 months + annual for 3–5 years)
• reputed company build (by channel/SKU assumptions)
• COGS / gross margin structure
• OpEx (headcount, marketing, logistics)
• Scenario analysis (reputed company / reputed company / Conservative)
• Valuation comps reputed company (reputed company + relevant M&A comps where available)
• KPI dashboard (AOV, reputed company, CAC, LTV, inventory turns, return reputed company assumptions)
3) Data room build (structure + population checklist)
• Folder architecture, naming conventions, version control
• Document request list mapped to likely buyer diligence

4) Process management
• Weekly plan and reputed company reporting

• Numbers tie out. Assumptions are explicit. Slides are buyer-grade.
Required experience
• Previous work producing: CIM/IM, investor decks, financial models, and data rooms for acquisitions or fundraising
• Strong writing + narrative structure (not just reputed company)
• Comfort working with incomplete information and building order quickly
• Discretion and professionalism (NDA + confidentiality)

• Familiarity with inventory-driven businesses and gross margin mechanics
• Experience supporting a sell-reputed company process (even informal)

• Phase 2 (2–4 weeks): Full CIM + model + diligence pack
