Job Title: OSS Axiros Support Engineer Location: Remote (No onsite/local requirement) Job Type: Full-time | Contract | Possible Extension About the Role: • We are seeking a highly skilled OSS Axiros Support Engineer with strong expertise in Operational Support Systems (OSS) and hands-on experience in Axiros. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth operational performance of OSS platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 support for Axiros OSS systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OSS domain. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance. • Document processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing. • Support ongoing operational improvements and contribute to system optimization. Must-Have Skills: • 5+ years of experience in the OSS domain. • Strong hands-on experience with Axiros. • Proven expertise in Operational Support Systems (OSS). • Ability to handle escalations and provide advanced troubleshooting. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Prior industry experience in OSS environments.
