  • 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Wrap‑up – submit daily reports, log out, and prepare for the next day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input product information—including titles, descriptions, specifications, and SKUs—into arenaflex’s centralized catalog database.
  • Validate data for completeness, consistency, and compliance with arenaflex’s quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Identify and flag duplicate or erroneous entries, working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary product data and internal processes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams (e.g., merchandising, supply chain, and IT) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Adhere to daily productivity targets while preserving a high level of accuracy (target error rate < 0.5%).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with remote teammates.
  • Self‑discipline to work independently in a home‑based environment while meeting deadlines.
