**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product support, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience. **Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
* Identify the type of assistance needed and provide solutions to resolve customer inquiries
* Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
* Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on the status of their requests
* Actively engage customers in online chat contexts and provide support via email
* Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment
* Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
* Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting
**Requirements**
* Active listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of success
* Proficient in navigating CRM and/or multiple software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a digital mailbox or related industry
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
