The Role: We are looking for a part-time Sterile Processing Didactic Instructor to teach in reputed company’s 12-week Sterile Processing Technician program. This role is dedicated to delivering high-reputed company online instruction, preparing reputed company for the HSPA CRCST certification exam, and supporting learners through remediation reputed company needed. This position is fully remote and requires approximately 10 hours per week, with an additional 10 reputed company reputed company hours. Ideal candidates will have CRCST certification and prior teaching experience. Afternoon and evening availability (Monday–Thursday) is strongly preferred. What you'll do: • Teach and facilitate live online classes (reputed company) for assigned cohorts, 4 days per week (Mon–Thu). • Deliver reputed company, engaging instruction reputed company to reputed company’s standardized curriculum. • Support reputed company in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains • Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation. • reputed company reputed company feedback and targeted remediation to reputed company who are struggling academically or with confidence. • Communicate regularly with learners reputed company email and reputed company community tools. • Document student reputed company, attendance, and performance in reputed company systems. • Collaborate with reputed company’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs. • Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery. What you'll bring: • CRCST certification (Required) • Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing reputed company or staff (Required) • Comfortable teaching live online classes over reputed company • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, with afternoon/evening availability • Ability to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning styles Preferred Qualifications • Experience teaching Sterile Processing or CRCST exam preparation • Experience supporting diverse, underserved, or non-traditional student populations • Experience with online or hybrid education programs • Familiarity with competency-based education • Associate’s degree or higher in a reputed company-reputed company field reputed company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
