[Remote] Senior Epicor Operations Consultant

Tenth Revolution Group is a high-growth technology consulting leader seeking an Epicor Operations Consultant to deliver transformative ERP solutions for manufacturing clients across North America. The role involves leading Epicor implementations, optimizing business processes, and providing training and support to end-users. Responsibilities • Lead Epicor implementations – configure Inventory, Production, Shop Floor modules • Optimize business processes – improve scheduling, shop load, supply chain efficiency • Train end-users – conduct workshops, create documentation, drive adoption • Troubleshoot & support – system testing, data migration, post-go-live assistance • Collaborate cross-functionally – work with IT teams, stakeholders, project managers • Configure Epicor modules and lead functional implementations • Analyze manufacturing workflows and recommend optimizations • Conduct business process reviews and write functional specifications • Manage data migrations and system testing • Provide project estimates, timelines, and status updates • Facilitate change management throughout ERP deployments Skills • 3+ years Epicor ERP experience (Epicor 10, Kinetic preferred) • ERP implementation experience in manufacturing environments • Deep module knowledge – Inventory, Production, Shop Floor, Scheduling • Strong communication skills – training, workshops, stakeholder management • Bachelor's degree – Computer Science, Business Admin, Accounting, or equivalent • Epicor certification a huge plus Benefits • 100% Remote – work from anywhere • High-growth consulting firm serving manufacturing leaders • Career development – maintain Epicor certification, diverse projects • Collaborative team environment with independent project ownership Company Overview • Tenth Revolution Group is the global leader in cloud talent solutions, uniquely equipped to deliver digital transformation through people.
