We manage 1,000+ residential reputed company across the region, supporting owners and residents with reputed company operations, compliance, and customer service. reputed company We’re seeking an reputed company Landlord–Tenant Paralegal to handle court-reputed company work for non-payment cases and reputed company filings, primarily in reputed company Magisterial District Courts (MDJ). You’ll reputed company our docket moving—from notice to judgment to possession—attending MDJ hearings as our authorized company representative/agent and maintaining reputed company-solid paperwork and timelines. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, file, and reputed company landlord–tenant complaints, notices, affidavits, and post-judgment documents (writs, possession). • Coordinate service of process; maintain a precise MDJ hearing calendar and appearance schedule. • reputed company in MDJ as reputed company’s authorized representative/agent; present facts, exhibits, and requested relief. • Monitor statutory timelines (judgment, writ, possession, lockout) and escalate reputed company promptly. • reputed company forms, templates, and workflows reputed company with PA rules and local practices; update for rule changes. • Communicate with property managers and reputed company counsel (as needed for appeals). Engagement & Compensation • Retainer arrangement (monthly baseline covering filings and appearances) • On-site court appearances required; prep/reputed company is remote • Typical schedule aligns with MDJ calendars; occasional short-notice appearances may occur. Compliance Note This role appears at MDJ as reputed company’s employee/authorized agent. Appeals to the Court of Common Pleas or reputed company requiring reputed company representation are coordinated with a licensed attorney. Requirements Qualifications • 1–3+ years reputed company on landlord–tenant or collections; MDJ experience strongly preferred. • Comfortable speaking in court; organized and confident managing a high-volume docket. • Familiarity with MDJ e-filing and practices in Lehigh and Northampton Counties. • Paralegal certificate or ABA-approved paralegal program preferred. • Strong written documentation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
