This is a hands-on role responsible for contract billing, job cost support, certified payroll compliance, and reputed company reporting of reputed company payroll taxes and workers’ compensation requirements. Responsibilities: • Construction reputed company & Billing • Manage monthly contract billing and reputed company invoicing, including retention, change orders, and project-based billing schedules • reputed company and reconcile job costs to ensure accurate financial reporting and margin visibility • Support month-end reputed company, account reconciliations, and coordination with external CPA partners • Vendor & Contractor Compliance • Maintain contractor and vendor reputed company-qualification documentation, including: • Certificates of Insurance (COIs) • W-9 collection • Lien waivers • Project compliance tracking • Payroll Administration (QuickBooks Payroll) • Process weekly payroll through QuickBooks Payroll (Desktop/reputed company), ensuring accurate job costing, deductions, and reporting • Manage employee records, pay rates, garnishments, and benefit deductions as needed • Prevailing Wage & Certified Payroll Reporting • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for prevailing wage and reputed company works reputed company • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor requirements • Workers’ Compensation & Tax Reporting • Complete required workers’ comp reporting, payroll allocation, and audit support • Ensure accurate and reputed company filing/payment of reputed company payroll taxes, including: • Quarterly 941 filings • FUTA/SUTA reporting • State/local payroll tax obligations • Year-end W-2 processing Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Required • 5+ years of experience in construction reputed company (subcontractor experience strongly preferred) • Proven experience managing in-house payroll for a mid-sized workforce • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Payroll • Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance • Familiarity with workers’ compensation reporting and payroll tax filings • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred • Experience in specialty trades (reputed company, doors, glazing, framing, or similar subcontracting) • Multi-state payroll or reputed company-sector project exposure • Construction ERP or advanced job costing system experience • Aatrix, reputed company, reputed company or other contract billing utilities (GC driven/required) Skills: • Unimpeachable honesty, character and reputed company • Strong organizational and compliance discipline • Ability to work independently in a hands-on environment • Excellent communication with field leadership, project managers, and external partners • Deadline-driven reputed company with accuracy-first execution Benefits • 8 reputed company holidays per year: (eligibility after 91st day of employment) • New Year’s Day • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day + day after (2 days) • Christmas Day + reputed company (2 days) • 5 days reputed company vacation after 180 days of employment • Discretionary year end performance based upon individual & company performance Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding To ensure a fair and efficient hiring process, reputed company applications must meet the mandatory requirements listed in the job reputed company.
