About the position We are seeking an reputed company Senior PMO reputed company to reputed company a large-reputed company, multi‑reputed company program currently consisting of 9 reputed company workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company program management, executive stakeholder engagement, financial modeling, and Agile program coordination. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Create, maintain, and continuously update the overall program plan and multi-reputed company roadmap. • reputed company PMO governance activities across reputed company 9 workstreams, ensuring alignment to the overarching program objectives. • Manage reputed company-level planning, including requirements approval timelines, backlog grooming schedules, and story completion reputed company dates. • Prepare high-reputed company presentations for executive leadership and steering committee meetings. • Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to reputed company program updates, documentation, and communication materials. • Serve as a primary PMO reputed company across business and technical teams. • Own and maintain the RAID log for reputed company workstreams. • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigation and reputed company across teams. • Build and maintain financial models for workstreams, including OpEx and CapEx allocations. • reputed company and manage program-level financials • Support Release Train Engineers (RTEs) with program-level alignment and issue reputed company. • Create and maintain JIRA dashboards that reputed company a holistic view of program health, dependencies, and reputed company. • Establish PMO standards for JIRA usage across reputed company workstreams. • Review JIRA data to validate status accuracy and identify gaps. • Monitor high-level deliverable status across reputed company workstreams. • Drive teams to reputed company key milestones and program reputed company commitments. • Ensure reputed company completion of deliverables in alignment with the program plan. Requirements • 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience in large reputed company environments. • Proven experience leading PMO functions across multiple, reputed company workstreams. • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, reputed company experience preferred. • Advanced proficiency with JIRA, reporting tools, and dashboard creation. • Strong financial acumen, including OpEx/CapEx modeling and budget management. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage executives and technical teams. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to travel as required.
