**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Insurance Agency Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building personalized relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication
* Answering incoming calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a professional appearance and friendly attitude at all times
* Recommending available products and services to clients, including other lines of insurance
* Asking for referrals and reviews to help grow our agency
* Conducting policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage
* Noting every communication with clients in our electronic customer relationship management (ECRM) system
* Directing clients to a sales representative when a policy needs to be initiated
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Have your Property and Casualty state insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within the first two weeks of employment)
* Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training
* If not already licensed with Life and Health, initiate the process within 60 days
* Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required
