**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborating with our team to achieve daily goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
