**Schedule and Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours of operation from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST. You'll be based in our arenaflex office, where you'll have access to state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative work environment. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering a high level of customer service on every interaction, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support
* Owning the relationship from the first customer contact until resolution in an omni-channel environment, providing seamless support across multiple channels
* Processing warranty-based returns for home charging products with customers and support teams
* Providing troubleshooting and customer support for mobile app and account management for arenaflex charging products
* Assisting Solar/PV emergency lines when needed
* Achieving expectations on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually
* Achieving arenaflex's standards of excellent customer communication, advocacy, and education
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
* A minimum of 60 days of experience handling calls for Energy Technical Support or equivalent experience
* A strong understanding of electrical concepts, including wiring, voltage, frequency shifting, LRA vs RLA, DCAC - DCDC - ACDC conversions
* Familiarity with telemetry data, including Periscope graphing and basic data mining
* Configuration analysis and modification skills, including Telescope
* Connectivity and networking skills, including connecting to customer networks
* Account administration skills, including garage, toolbox, password assistance, commissioning, product replacement, account updates, and corrections
* Critical thinking skills, including order of operations, signal (energy) flow, firm vs soft vs hardware, trend spotting, push vs pull
