As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our clients and employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining data integrity by performing reviews, analyses, and enrichment while resolving data-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include: * Processing requests for master data creation and maintenance in the ERP system accurately and promptly, adhering to policies, procedures, and SOPs. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, conduct risk analyses, resolve data discrepancies, and execute bulk data corrections as needed. * Partnering with internal teams to ensure data change requests and submissions in the ERP system are complete and compliant with standards. * Reviewing and analyzing complex data scenarios, providing solutions independently. * Supporting supply chain process improvements by implementing system-driven processes and defining new master data requirements. * Collecting and validating data for new part numbers and vendor master creation. * Performing detailed analysis and validation of reports to support data maintenance efforts. * Adhering to laws, regulations, quality management processes, and demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity across all levels of the organization. * Taking on other responsibilities as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * At least 3 years of relevant SAP experience or 5 years in a comparable ERP system. * Solid understanding of supply chain business activities. * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). * Team player with a collaborative mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Expertise in SAP, including experience with data creation and maintenance in MDG. * Ability to analyze complex scenarios and solve problems independently. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent multitasking skills. * Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities. * Experience with data processing and analytics in a manufacturing environment. * Self-motivated with effective time management skills. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. * Strong time management and prioritization skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
