**Job Summary**
As a US Pharma Customer Team Representative (CTR), you will be the primary point of contact for a variety of customers within your assigned geography. You will work collaboratively with other arenaflex field-based employees, including Account Executives and Integration Delivery Systems leaders, to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive patient health outcomes. This is a field-based sales position that requires occasional overnights, and you must reside within the designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop a territory-level business plan in accordance with arenaflex policies, standards, and ethics
* Maintain product knowledge and certification on the arenaflex portfolio for which you are responsible
* Engage in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and healthcare business professionals to align customer needs and arenaflex products in accordance with product labeling
* Provide arenaflex management with updates on customer needs, customer feedback, marketplace dynamics, and progress towards quality goals
* Provide customers with key insights by keeping apprised of professional and healthcare environment knowledge through self-study of arenaflex-provided scientific, product, and marketplace information, attendance at product workshops and conferences, as well as consistent and ongoing review of arenaflex promotional materials
* Regularly monitor your business performance against objectives using arenaflex-provided tools
**Position Qualifications**
* Education: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 3 years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)
* Required Experience and Skills:
+ Demonstrated excellence in current or previous educational or professional roles
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Valid Driver's license
* Preferred Experience and Skills:
+ Ability to convey technical concepts accurately and clearly
+ Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience
+ Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
