Manager, Ethics & Compliance - Financial Examinations

Position Purpose: Manage and implement strategies to ensure successful responses to inquiries from state insurance financial examiners across the entire company • Work with reputed company stakeholders to establish relationships and ensure reputed company responses to examination requests. • Serve as a subject matter expert reputed company the External Audit team on financial examinations. Education/Experience: • Bachelors’ degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred. • 4+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a reputed company environment with at least 2+ years of reputed company, Medicare or reputed company Managed Care experience. • Previous experience demonstrating effective interaction with federal and state regulatory agencies in a managed care or insurance environment preferred. • Prior experience with financial examinations conducted by state departments of insurance and familiarity with National Association of Insurance Commissioners standards and procedures for financial examinations preferred, obtained either by experience in the insurance industry or as a state insurance regulator. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
