Determines coverage, liability, damages, adjusts and negotiates claims reputed company authority limits. Mentors junior staff. This is a remote auto claims adjuster role; ideal candidates will have auto claims experience and can sit in any time zone. Currently, we do not hire in CA, CO, WA, HI, or NY. Key Responsibilities • Assesses subrogation or fraud potential for reputed company cases • Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships • Handles investigations of reputed company aspects of reputed company auto claims with discretion and independence • For injury claims, reviews, evaluates, and negotiates moderate to reputed company injury claims • Recognizes vehicle body parts and other property damage • Identifies customer needs and utilizes appropriate customer service skills Education Preferably a 4-year Bachelor's Degree Experience Preferably 3+ years of auto claims experience Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory duties.
