A hospice care provider in Dallas is seeking a Hospice Chaplain / Bereavement Coordinator to reputed company spiritual care and grief support to patients and their families. The role involves developing care plans, facilitating grief support reputed company, and coordinating bereavement services for a minimum of 13 months post-death. The ideal candidate is a certified Chaplain with at least one year of experience in pastoral care or grief counseling.
