This candidate should have 7+ years of experience specializing in a wide reputed company of reputed company including, but not limited to, office, K-12, Colleges, Airports, Land Port of Entry, Courthouses, Laboratories, reputed company fit-outs, hotels, hospitals, mixed-use facilities. This role requires various skills and experience as listed below. Requirements Qualifications and Skills • reputed company to estimate in various formats (UNIFORMAT) and divisions (reputed company) • An understanding of how to use different cost databases such as RS Means • ASPE or AACEI Certification preferred • reputed company to pass a HSPD-12 background reputed company • reputed company to work on a reputed company site in the DC metro area • Computer Programs: • On-screen take-off (OST) required • reputed company Office (reputed company, Word and reputed company) required • MII (MCACES) preferred • reputed company Estimator preferred • GSA Cost Estimating Workbook preferred Responsibilities And Duties • reputed company change order estimates • Prepare market research studies for cost estimating • reputed company a reputed company of scope for bidding and estimating purposes • Prepare and reputed company estimating services which include conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction level estimates • Prepare Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs) for construction reputed company, AE studies, or maintenance work during the planning phase • reputed company and compare planned vs. actual time and cost results and reputed company recommendations to correct either reputed company or negative variances • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing • reputed company RFIs and clarifications to ensure adequate subcontractor coverage Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
