As a Field reputed company Educator, you will support patients by connecting them with program-approved resources and delivering personalized education on chronic disease management and prescribed therapies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred
• reputed company RN license in state of residence
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in reputed company
• Prior experience as a reputed company educator is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• reputed company reputed company's license required
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
