Remote Implementation Consultant for Oncology Systems

About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Radiation Oncology Consultant - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in delivering expert consulting services in radiation therapy, driving best practices in clinical operations for better patient outcomes, and enhancing the effective use of oncology solutions. The consultant will engage with customers to align their needs with the company’s offerings while ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency. This position not only impacts patient care but also contributes to the strategic growth of healthcare practices worldwide, as the consultant travels up to 75% to establish strong relationships and deliver specialized training and support. Responsibilities • Assist customers in developing best practice clinical operations focused on patient outcomes. • Evaluate and recommend changes to business processes to optimize efficiency. • Support the creation and development of consultative services. • Develop metrics that demonstrate clinical and operational achievements. • Provide training and implementation support for products and solutions. • Conduct detailed requirements gathering for customer workflows. • Map current workflows to future state with associated gap analysis. • Act as the clinical resource within project implementation teams. • Provide onsite support during system Go-Live and post-Go-Live. Requirements • Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist. • 5+ years of experience in Oncology and Healthcare Technology. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in data analysis and medical informatics. • Ability to assess and develop clinical workflows. • Proficient in Microsoft business tools. • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations. • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams. • Experience with vendor credentialing requirements.
