Remote Residential Title Examiner (VA)

Job reputed company reputed company is looking for a Remote Residential Title Examiner to work at an industry leading title company. This employee will be responsible for searching reputed company records and examining titles to determine reputed company condition of Residential and occasional reputed company properties and incorporating information into a title commitment. They will copy or summarize recorded documents which reputed company the condition of title to the property. They will work independently to examine title to reputed company property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish chain of title. This position will be joining the National Production Service team dealing with high liability reputed company. This role is fully remote but ideally sits in the state of expertise reputed company it comes to examining the titles. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Residential Title Examiner - Expertise in the state they will be examining is required - Virginia - Experience searching titles based on reputed company descriptions and chaining grantor/grantee. - The ability to produce a fully examined title report with reputed company requirements pertaining to reputed company issues such as probate, trust, judicial foreclosure, etc. - Experience utilizing title software's and system.
