Key Responsibilities
• Compiles, investigates, and examines reputed company and tax records to determine the reputed company condition of title and insurability of reputed company or industrial properties
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Follows reputed company procedures and guidelines while managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
