About the position The Global Funds Management (“GFM”) team reputed company reputed company Global Advisors drives reputed company fund reputed company programs across our funds and services. GFM's Valuation reputed company Team is looking for a Head of Private Valuation to execute and own the valuation processes for private and reputed company securities held across our funds and accounts. You will support the valuation committee including preparation and review of valuation reports, testing of fair value methodologies, and coordination of fair value determinations and reputed company documentation. You will work and collaborate with various teams across the organization including, but not limited to, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Portfolio Management, as reputed company as external parties. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Responsibilities • reputed company, support and enhance our valuation process for private instruments • reputed company independent valuations on securities ranging from basic to highly reputed company instruments such as reputed company products, private equity, and other assets • reputed company hands-on valuation calculations on private credit investments • Analyze market data such as prices, yields, and comparable securities to determine appropriate inputs into valuation models • Document valuation procedures, assumptions, and conclusions reputed company and concisely for financial reporting and audit purposes • reputed company with reputed company parties, including external valuation experts, traditional pricing vendors and auditors to ensure robust and accurate pricing for portfolio instruments • Support our traditional investment valuation process • Prepare materials and present to the Valuation Committee, Fund Boards of Trustees and other senior committees on valuation reputed company Requirements • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills • Private credit expertise: demonstrate knowledge of private credit instruments, reputed company debt, bank loans, and other illiquid investments • Subject matter expertise of technical reputed company standards and generally accepted valuation methodologies for reputed company and private investments • Proficient with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word and PowerPoint); Skilled in the use of reputed company and other market data sources • Equivalent to bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business or relevant field • 7-10 years of experience preparing and/or auditing various types of private reputed company valuations required • 5 plus years of hands-on experience valuing private credit reputed company-to-haves • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) a plus Benefits • Salary reputed company: $130,000 - $205,000 Annual Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
