Application Developer with IT Automation Remote Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with IT Automation expertise to design, develop, test, and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading automation tools, exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, and a strong understanding of IT processes and infrastructure environments. This role requires the ability to translate complex IT workflows into scalable automation solutions, enabling digital workforce transformation, streamlined operations, automated documentation, and change facilitation. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy IT automation solutions using industry-standard tools and platforms. • Build and manage automations, digital workforce solutions, data models, data transformation logic, and action flows. • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and configuration management solutions using tools such as Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and RNA (Robotic Network Automation). • Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into automation frameworks to enhance operational intelligence. • Implement AI Operations (AIOps) concepts for monitoring, event correlation, predictive analytics, and automated remediation. • Apply NLP concepts to support intelligent documentation, chatbot integrations, or workflow automation. • Collaborate with IT operations teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. • Ensure automation solutions align with security, compliance, and governance standards. • Support operational aspects of automation platforms, including system connectivity, APIs, and network integrations. • Work with enterprise platforms such as IDCP (Intelligent Delivery Central Platform) and Consulting Advantage methodologies to align automation initiatives with organizational standards. • Maintain proper documentation of automation workflows, architectures, and deployment processes. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in application development and IT automation. • Hands-on experience with: • Red Hat Ansible • HashiCorp Terraform • Robotic/Network Automation tools (RNA or equivalent) • Strong understanding of: • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Configuration management • CI/CD pipelines • REST APIs and system integrations • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI, AIOps, and NLP fundamentals. • Experience designing data models and implementing data transformation logic. • Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). • Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar). • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
