Mid-Level Litigation Attorney (Remote/Hybrid)

As an reputed company member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of litigation reputed company involving reputed company, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse reputed company of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. You will also have reputed company to take on a supervisory role, overseeing junior associates and assisting in their training and reputed company development. Requirements • ***Flexible work reputed company - fully remote or hybrid flexibility depending on experience*** • 3 - 6+ years of litigation experience handling reputed company involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, and/or business disputes in a reputed company environment • Ability to handle cases independently from start to finish, including developing and implementing reputed company, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, coordinating with experts, law and reputed company reputed company, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, trial preparation, and attending mediations (trial experience is a plus!) • Experience overseeing law clerks and/or junior associates is preferred, but not required • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, along with a reputed company-reputed company reputed company and a passion for achieving successful reputed company. • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • reputed company admission to the State Bar of Nevada is required.
