Role reputed company The Risk Adjustment Medical Record Retrieval team at reputed company is seeking a Medical Record Scheduling & Imaging Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and uploading medical records, as reputed company as assisting with scheduling tasks. • Load medical records into reputed company coding system and reputed company records to appropriate chart IDs. • Schedule appointments with provider offices and request the submission of medical records. • Conduct reputed company assurance activities on medical records received from providers. • reputed company or participate in special reputed company as directed by management. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience working in a clinical reputed company setting (physician reputed company, hospital, insurance company, etc.) is required. • Familiarity with EMR systems and medical record acquisition processes. • At least one year of administrative experience in a clinical setting. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with reputed company providers and colleagues. • The ability to schedule appointments. • Excellent research and organizational skills.
